Binding Slips
How to fill out a binding slip
The binding slip is the most important information link between the customer and the bindery. Properly filled out, the binding slip contains all the information the bindery needs to bind your material according to your instructions. Without this information mistakes can be made that are expensive for the bindery and the customer.
This is a sample of the binding slip form. To insure correct information, every line needs to be filled out.
A. Library and Number: This space serves multiple functions. For our regular customers we can supply preprinted binding slips. In this case, we fill out the library name and assign you a number.
For individuals, please use this space to fill in your full name, address, city, state, zip and phone number. If there is not enough room, you can write on the edge of the paper.
